人类经济发展的主流和动力正在发生根本性转变，知识成为经济增长的基本力量，风险投资是实现科技创新与产业创造的重要机制。中国的经济增长方式必须转换才有可能在世界经济循环中保持已有的相对位次；中国的科技开发必须拥有自己的创新成果才有可能支撑高新技术产业的发展；中国的资本市场必须建立起自己完整的风险投资体系才有可能推动高新技术的产业化转移。

The main stream and the impetus of the development of economy are changing radically. Knowledge is becoming the fundamental potency for the increase of economy. Risk investment is an important system for realizing the innovation of science and technology and the creation of industries. Only if the manner of the increase of China economy takes a change may China keep its established relative position in the cycle of the world economy. Only if China owns its own creative science and technology fruit may it sustain its hi－ tech development. Only if China sets up its own complete risk investment system in its capital market may it promote the industrialization of the hi－ tech.
