职业心理倾向测评是职业指导服务的一种重要手段，在对个体职业心理结构分析的基础上，提出了职业心理结构模型和职业心理倾向测评系统模型，并指出了后者在用工选拔和安置就业中的应用。

：The test and evaluation of vocational psychological tendency serves as an important means of vocational guidance. Based on the analysis of individual vocational psychological composition, the article puts forward the models of vocational psychological composition and that of the test ＆ evaluation system of professional psychological tendency；and shows the application of the later in worker selection and employment arrangement as well.
