电大教育将随着高等教育的大众化和学习化社会的来临，日益凸显其现代远程教育所具有的综合优势，全面提升电大教育竞争力，一靠突出特色，二靠降低成本，关键是朝着培养目标的指向不断提高教育教学质量。
TV University education progressively show the synthetical advantages of distance education with higher education in a popular style and the arrival of learning society. To upgrade the competition of TV University education depends on extruding characteristics and reducing cost. It is the key to constantly improve the teaching quality towards training goal.
