中国加入 WTO将从总体上增加国民福利，产生蛋糕增大效应。这是因为作为 WTO成员可以利用多边谈判机制，在互惠的前提下平等地参与国际竞争与合作；可以根据最惠国待遇享受其它成员国开放市场的好处；可以按照比较优势的原则重点发展自己的优势产业；并可以参与 WTO新规则的制定。中国加入 WTO不仅将对我国的经济发展产生重要影响，而且还将对人们的观念、政府职能的转变以及经济民主化和政治民主化产生深刻的影响。

Overall speaking,China will increase its national welfare and enjoy a cake－ magnified effect after accessing WTO.Having a WTO membership,it will be possible for China to participate into international competition and cooperation with the mechanism of multilateral negotiation and share the principle of reciprocal benefits.It will also be possible for China to access to the markets of other member countries with respect to the most favorite nation tracement.It will allow China to develop those industries having comparative advantage and take part in the new round game of WTO.In spite,China s access to WTO will evidently have great potential influences on domestic thinking,government activity,and economic and political democracy number.
