远程开放教育的教学控制与教学管理

Teaching Control and Teaching Management in Distance Open Education

远程开放教育是不同于传统教育的一种新的教育体系，其教学管理的性质、任务、机制也相应发生变革。基于对远程教育的理解，建立了“教学控制”的概念，并在与“教学管理”的异同比较中说明了教学控制的基本特征，从而提出了改革传统教学管理的措施。

Distance open education is a new educational system other than traditional education,and the quality,task and mechanism of its teaching management transform accordingly.Based on the understanding of distance education,the author establishes the concept of teaching control,and illuminates the essential features of teaching control by means of comparing with teaching management,thereby put forward the measure of reforming the traditional teaching management.
