浅谈当前国企改革的兼并浪潮

Merging Tide in the Reform of Chinese Enterprise

随着信息时代的到来，在改革开放和引进外资的大趋势下，中国企业普遍存在的生产成本高经济效益低的问题日益显露出来，许多企业面临着生存的危机。为了使国企走上健康发展的道路，企业兼并是一剂良药，优化经济布局，改善社会资源结构，最大限度地发挥优势资源的效能，尽快形成一批具有国际竞争实力的大公司、大集团是中国企业改革的一大出路。

With the advent of Information Age and with the trend of reform and open up to the outside world and absorption of foreign investment going on and on， the problem of high cost and low benefit， which exist generally in the enterprises in China， has increasingly manifested． Quite a number of enterprises are facing crisis of existence． ln order to lead the state owned enterprises onto a healthy road， merging is an effective prescription． Optimizing economic distribution， improving the structure of social resources allocation， and elaborating the efficiency of dominant resources to the most extent should be taken into account． The only way of enterprises reform in China is to establish big companies or big groups through merging as soon as possible so as to be provided with international competition power．
