现代远程教育在云南农村人力资源开发中的实践及潜力

Practice and Potentiality of Modern Distance Education in the Development of Rural Human Resources in Yunnan

云南电大利用现代远程教育丰富的教育资源和实用有效的教学手段为云南农村培养各级各类人才,为云南农村需要接受教育的人们提供学习支持服务,取得了很好的效果,但这只是将现代教育技术和现代远程开放教育应用于农村人力资源开发的第一步。今后应开展多种形式的合作,注重面向农村开设的专业和课程的针对性,注重现代远程教育的经济和社会效益等问题,使现代远程教育在云南农村出现一个更为广阔的发展前景。

Yunnan RTVU has trained and cultivated a variety of qualified personnel for the rural areas and provided study support services for vast rural learners by means of the rich educational resources of modem distance education and with the practical and effective teaching methods. This, however, is only the first step of the application of modern educational technology in the development of the rural human resources. The future work will lay stress on multi - form combination and economic and social efficiency so that the modern distance education will have a greater development in the rural areas in Yunnan.
