摘要
以黄色短杆菌 (Brevibacteriumflavum )AT174 (AHVr,TAr)为诱变出发株 ,经亚硝基胍(NTG)诱变处理 ,获得一株能够积累大量L -精氨酸的菌株AG77(AHVr,TAr,SGr)。在 2 0L发酵罐中 ,以葡萄糖为碳源 ,以硫酸铵等为氮源的培养基中培养 4d ,产酸率可达 31.3g/L。
A L arginine producing mutant AG77 (AHV r ,TA r ,SG r )was derived from Brevibacterium flavum AT174(AHV r ,TA r )by treatment with N methyl N′ nitro N nitrosoguanidine(NTG). When it was cultured at 30℃ for 4 days, it could accumulate 31.3g/L L-arginine in the medium containing glucose as carbon source and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source.
