摘要
目的 观察运行中清洁级实验动物设施的环境指标 ,指导科学实验和设施管理。方法 在不同季节、不同动物饲养量和不同管理情况下 ,按国家标准GB T 14 92 5 94测试相关环境指标。结果 全年温度 2 4~ 2 5℃ ,相对湿度 4 0 %~ 70 % ,换气次数 14 .5~ 17.0次 h ,空气洁净度 60 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 0级 ,梯度压差 2 2~ 2 8Pa ,噪声 3 9~ 4 8dB ,落菌数 1.4~ 4 .9个 皿 ,氨浓度 0 .4~ 3 .8mg m3,各项环境指标稳定 ,但个别指标未达到国家标准。结论 不同季节大气尘浓度的变化对清洁级实验动物设施的环境指标无影响 。
Objective To guide animal experiments and animal facility management by observing the environmental indicators of the operational clean animal facility. Methods\ According to the national standard GB/T 14925 94 the relative environmental indicators in different seasons and different management status were surveyed. Results\ The change range of main environmental indicators are as follows: inner temperature 24℃-25℃, R.H.40%-70%, air exchange 14.5-17.0 times/h, cleanliness level 6000-20000, the pressure difference between clean laboratory and dirty corridor 22.0-28.0 Pa, noise 39-48 dB, fall bacteria 1.4-4.9 entries/cultural container, ammonia concentration 0.4-3.8 mg/m 2. All relative environmental indicators maintain stabilization, but very few miss the requirement of national standard. Conclusion\ The change of atmospheric particles concentration in different seasons wouldn′t affect the inner environmental indicators of clean animal facility. Good management can maintain the cleanliness of operational clean animal experimental laboratory.
