摘要
在防雨池栽条件下 ,研究了不同土壤水分处理对不同耐旱性小麦品种旗叶衰老的影响。结果表明 ,开花后小麦旗叶叶绿素含量、i PAs含量和光合速率均随土壤水分含量降低而降低 ,而 MDA和 ABA含量升高 ,旗叶衰老进程加快 ,产量降低。旱地品种莱农 883 4比水浇地品种鲁麦 7号上述指标随土壤水分含量降低而下降或升高的幅度小 ,这是旱地小麦品种莱农 883
Under the condition of trough culture with rain-proof shelter,the effects of different soil water treatment on flag leaf senescence of different drought-endaring wheat cultivars were studied.The results showed that,with the decrease of soil water,the content of chlorophyll and iPAs as well as the photosynthetic rate of flag leaf declined,while the content of MDA and ABA increased.As a result,the flag leaf senescence accelerated and the yield decreased remarkablely.Compared with irrigated field cultivar Lumai7,the change amplitude of the indices which had been mentioned above of non-irrigated field cultivar Lainong 8834 decreased significantly as the soil water declined,which founded the physiology basis that Lainong 8834 achieved relatively high yield under the condition of soil water dificit.
