25例桥脑小脑角肿瘤的脑干听觉诱发电位分析

本文分析了经CT、手术和病理检查证实的25例桥脑小脑角肿瘤患者的BAEP,发现其主要特征性改变为:两侧BAEP不对称;其异常程度与患者听力损失程度相平行;患侧主波出现不全、V波潜伏期延迟;肿瘤较大者健侧可见V波潜伏期延迟,Ⅲ-Ⅴ波间时程延长,甚至V波消失。由于手术对脑干的影响,术后1～3天内BAEP不宜作为病情监测指标,而手术6天后健侧BAEP可较好的反映手术的效果和术后病人的恢复情况。

In this paper. the brain - stem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) of 25 pat-ients with cerebellopontine angle (CPA) turnors were studied which were verified-by CT sans, operations and histopathology. The characteristics of BAEP wereas follows: ① the BAEP of the two sides were asymmetrical;② the abnormalitieswere corresponding to the hearing loss level and the loss of the main waves orthe wave Ⅴ latence were delayed;③ in patients with large tumors, wave Ⅴand Ⅲ-Ⅴ inter-peak latency were delayed, and the wave Ⅴ were even lost on thenonpathological side. Because the brainstem was affected by the operation, the BA-EP cannot take for target of controlling patient's condition in 1-3days afteroperation,but theBAEPon the nonpathological side can reflect the effect of the operationand the patient's condition 6 days after operation.
