摘要
为探讨大鼠标准胫骨骨折模型的制作 ,首先将 62只雌性 SD大鼠的双侧胫骨髓腔插入 9mm直径的医用克氏针 ,然后通过自行设计制作的骨折造模支架造成胫骨中段闭合骨折 ,术后通过 X线、组织学检查了解骨折类型、移位程度以及骨折的愈合情况。结果术后 X线证实横断或短斜型骨折 ,移位不明显的 92例 ,占总例数的 74.2 %。组织学检查骨折呈典型的二期愈合过程。通过自制骨折造模支架制作的大鼠胫骨横断骨折模型重复性好 ,外在因素对骨折的影响小 ,制作简便 ,符合标准骨折模型的要求。
To explore the development of a standard closed fracture in rat tibia, a modified apparatus was designed and tested on 62 female SD rats. The tibia was treated with an intramedullary Steinmann's pin and then was fractured by the apparatus. The fracture type and displacement was observed by X-ray and the fracture healing was detected histologically. The fractures were transverse or transverse with a small oblique component in 92 cases with the success rate 74.2%. Histologically the fracture was healed in secondary. The closed fracture model of rat tibia made by the apparatus is highly reproducible, easy to make, and is a standard model.
