波尔山羊批量胚胎移植

Embryo Transfer in Boer Goat

目的 提高波尔山羊繁殖率。方法 采用激素处理经产母波尔山羊 ,超数排卵 ,经与纯种公波尔山羊配种后 48～ 6 0h ,手术回收输卵管中早期发育的胚胎 ,再经手术移入同步发情的受体莎能奶山羊的输卵管内 ,妊娠产仔。结果 ①超排 5 6头波尔山羊 (其中 10头重复使用 ) ,获 12 2 2枚早期胚胎 ,其中 2～ 8细胞的胚胎占 84 0 %(10 2 6 12 2 2 ) ,1细胞胚胎占 15 0 % (183 12 2 2 ) ,异常卵占 1 0 % (13 12 2 2 ) ;②移植 5 5 9头受体 ,移植后 30～ 35d ,B超妊娠诊断 30 2头 ,其中 177只怀孕 ,16 7只足月产仔 ;受体羊总怀孕率 5 8 7% (32 8 5 5 9) ,妊娠羊足月产仔率 80 % (2 6 1 32 8) ,共产仔 36 5头 ,其中产双胎的受体有 79只 ,占妊娠羊数的 30 3% (79 2 6 1) ;③羔羊出生重平均为 (3 8± 0 86 )kg,最重达 6 5kg。以上结果表明 ,在半年内经过一次超数排卵、胚胎移植 ,每头波尔山羊 (n =46 )平均可产 4 4(2 0 3 46 )头羔羊 ;半年内重复超数排卵、胚胎移植 ,每头波尔山羊 (n =10 )平均可产 16 2 (16 2 10 )头羔羊 ;结论 与常规繁殖相比 ,不仅提高了纯种波尔羊的繁殖速度 ,创造了较好的经济效益 。

Objective Boer goat is world famous goat breeding for creophagism. The objective is to improve the efficiency of reproduction of its kind. Methods This experiment used female Boer goat with superovulation egg to fertilize with purebred Boer rams. After fertilization, the developing early embryos were transferred into the oviduct of milch Shaneng goat in the synchronous oestrus, conceiving and kittening. Results There were 56 Boer goat in superovulation (10 were repeatedly used), getting 1222 early stage embryos, of which 2-8 stage cells held 84.0%, (1026/1222), 1 cell stage 15.0%(183/1222);The total amount was 559 receptors (9 died). B model ultrasonic diagnosis showed 328 were pregnant at day 30 to 35 after transplantation. The pregnancy rate of receptor goats was 58.7%(328/559), and 261 goats gave birth, producing 365 lambs in total. There were 79 receptors which produced twin, holding 30 3%(79/261). The average weight for lambs was 3 8 kg+0 86kg, highest 6 5kg. each donor (n=46)could produce 4 4(203/46) lambs in half a year by embryo transplantation. For repetitive superovulation, Each donor (n=10)could produce 16 2(162/10) lambs in half a year.Conclusion Embryos transplantation of Boer goat has great profits and social benefits.
