摘要
目的 研究输卵管液蛋白含量变化与输卵管粘膜上皮分泌和早期胚胎发育阶段的关系。方法 采用Bradford分光光度测定输卵管液蛋白浓度 ,PAS定量分析输卵管粘膜上皮糖蛋白的分泌。结果 发情间期、发情期、交配后 6、17、2 4、36、48h和 3 5d蛋白含量分别为 0 0 6 13、0 0 2 5 6、0 0 0 88、0 16 78、0 0 6 6 4、0 0 0 93、0 2 45 0、0 0 412mg。结论 输卵管液蛋白含量随早期胚胎发育的过程而发生变化 。
Objective To investigate the relation between change of oviduct fluid protein content and secretion of oviduct epidermis in the early embryo phase. Methods Rabbit oviduct fluid protein content was detected by colorimetric method, and the glycoprotein secretion of oviduct epidermis by PAS quantitative analysis. Results Protein contents are 0.0613mg, 0.0256mg, 0.0088mg, 0.1678mg, 0.0664mg, 0.0093mg, 0.2450mg, 0.0412mg in the nonestrus, estrus and 6h,17h,24h,36h,48h,3.5d after mating. Conclusion Change in oviduct fluid protein content is mainly with oviduct epidermis secretion.
