摘要
目的 心电图是临床最常用的诊断手段之一 ,而基础研究和动物实验最缺乏的指标就是病理生理学的指标。找出正常小鼠心电图变化规律 ,以期为基础和临床的动物模型提供检测指标 ,为临床药物研究等提供较特异的依据。方法 用频响为 0~ 90Hz,纸速为 5 0mm s的普通心电图仪。描记正常小鼠 312只 ,选择Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ标准导联和aVR、aVL、aVF单极加压肢体导联的心电图。结果 总结出了正常小鼠心电图规律 ,结果显示出生 35d以后小鼠心电图各鼠龄组间差异无显著性。其均值心率为 (35 4 2 2± 49 86 )次 min ;心电轴 71 6 4°± 10 3° ;P -R间期(0 0 36± 0 0 0 5 )s,Ⅱ导P波波幅平均为 (0 0 79± 0 0 2 5 )mV、时间为 (0 0 17± 0 0 0 3)s、波形及QRS时间平均为 (0 0 2 1± 0 0 0 5 )s。结论 小鼠心电图的正常值可为感染小鼠与其比较提供依据 ,对判断小鼠疾病发生过程有较高的参考价值 ,为利用动物模型进行发病机理、免疫。
Objective As one of the most common clinical methods,electrocardiogram can be used to observe the developing process,if animal model serves,and to provide a basis for pathological mechanism.Authors studied electrocardiograms of normal mice and summed up normal pattern for experimental animal models,and clinical pharmacological study.Methods Electrocardiograph with 0-90 Hz frequency and 50 mm/sec paper speed were recorded in standard lead of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and aVL,aVR,aVF unipolar limb lead in 312 mice.Results The different patterns of electrocardiograms of normal mice were summed up.The electrocardiogram had no significant difference among different ages of mice older than 35 days with the average heart beat rate of 354.22±49.86 beat/min,electrical axis of 71.64°±10.3° degree,P-R interval of 0.036±0.005sec, p wave voltage of lead Ⅰ of 0.079±0.025 mV and duration of lead Ⅰ of 0.017±0.003 sec and duration of QRS complex of 0.021±0.005 sec.Conclusion The electrocardiogram of normal mice provides the basis for comparing the electrocardiogram of normal mice with that of infected mice and is for reference in determination of the process of infection of mice.
