摘要 Alzheimer病又称老年性痴呆病 (AD) ,它是一种涉及多因素发生学、以进行性痴呆为主要临床表现的大脑变性性疾病。在对其发病遗传因素研究中 ,早老素 (Presenilin ,PS)基因突变是近年来研究的热点。PS基因与Alzheimer病的病理进程 ,如与老年斑的形成有关。 Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive memory loss and certain neuropathological hallmarks. AD is associated with multifactorial etiology. Among the genetic factors mutant PS genes have been eagerly studied in the recent years. Many studies have shown that PS can accelerate the pathological formation of senile plaque of AD, and that PS is related to both familial Alzheimer's disease (FAD) and sporadic Alzheimer's disease.
