Operation and Management of Laboratory Animal Barrier Facility in Institute for Drug Control

广州市药品检验所在加强实验动物屏障设施硬件建设的同时 ,狠抓管理制度和操作规程等“软件”建设。实验动物屏障设施标准操作规程 (sop)的制定 ,既加强了设施的管理 ,使其保持良好运行状态 ,又规范了设施内作业人员的操作程序 ,保证进入屏障内的所有物品得到有效的灭菌处理。清洁级动物饲养管理工艺的完善使得实验小鼠的数量和质量都能满足药品检定的需要 。

Guangzhou Institute for Drug Control strengthens “hardware” construction of animal barrier facility, and reinforces “software” construction such as managing system and operating regulation at the same time. Following the establishment of standard operation practice (SOP) of laboratory animal barrier facility, not only does the facility run smoothly but also all of the materials carried in and out are disinfected effectively. Improvement of production techniques for breeding and caring of clean animal can meet the needs of drug control in quantity and quality of mice, and effectively promote drug control and new drug development.
