550例经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检的临床总结

Clinical Assessment of Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsies of the Prostate in 550 Patients

目的 通过回顾性总结经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检技术旨在评价该方法的临床应用价值 ;方法 疑前列腺癌 (PCA)的患者行经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检 ,共计 5 5 0例 ,其中 2 6 1例直肠指检 (DRE)发现前列腺结节 ,2 6 8例PSA >10g/ml,最高达 36 0g/L ;结果 在本组资料中 ,有PCA 189例 ,占 34 36 % ,前列腺肉瘤 4例 ,恶性纤维瘤1例 ,良性前列腺增生 2 6 6例 ,前列腺上皮内肿瘤 4 4例 ,鳞状上皮化生 2例 ,不典型增生 2例 ,前列腺炎症 32例 ,非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎 6例 ,前列腺结核 4例 ;结论 经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检是一种安全的检查方法 。

Objective The clinical value of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate was evaluated.Methods A total of 550 cases suspected prostate cancer(PCA) were examined with biopsy by transrectal ultrasound guiding, the prostatic node was found by digital rectal examination(DRE) in 261 patients, prostatic specific antigen(PSA) of 286 patients was more than 10μg/L, its maximum was 360μg/L. Results In these patients, there were 189 PCA(34.36%), 4 sarcoma, 1 malignant fibrosis tumor, 266 benign prostate hyperplasia(BHP), 44 prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN), 2 squamous metaplasia, 2 atypical hyperplasia, 32 prostatitis, 6 nonspecific granulomatous prostatitis and 4 tuberculosis. Conclusion The transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate is a safe method and beneficial to diagnosis and differentiation of prostatic diseases.
