摘要
探讨驱虫斑鸠菊对A375人黑素瘤细胞株细胞增殖、黑素合成以及细胞内酪氨酸酶的作用。四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定药物对细胞增殖的影响;采用酶学方法研究药物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响;475nm比色法测定黑素含量。结果表明驱虫斑鸠菊可以增强A375人黑素瘤细胞增殖,提高酪氨酸酶和黑色素合成能力。说明驱虫斑鸠菊治疗白癜风是通过增强酪氨酸酶活性及促进黑素合成而发挥作用的。
To study the effect of Vernoniaanthelmintica willd,on cell proliferation tyrosinase activity and the melanogenesis of A375human melanoma cell.Tyrosinase activity was measured by zymologic method with its absorption at475nm.MTT was used to study the proliferation of A375human melanoma cell.The melanin was detected by its absorption at475nm.Vernoniaanthelmintica willd enhanced significantly the synthesis of tyrosinase,cell proliferation and the melanogenesis of A375human melanoma cell in vitro.Effect of Vernoniaanthelmintica willd treating vitiligo is relative with enhancing activity of tyrosinase and melanogenesis
