五种虫媒病毒的细胞敏感性观察

摘要 对新引进 5种虫媒病毒 :马雅罗病毒 (MAY) ,西门利克病毒 (SFV) ,墨累谷脑炎病毒 (MVE) ,伊利乌斯病毒 (ILH)和布尼安姆韦拉病毒 (BUN)采取乳鼠脑内接种的方法传出 ;选择BHK2 1、LLC MK2 、A549和C6 / 36传代细胞 ,进行这 5种病毒的敏感性试验 ,观察病毒在细胞上的CPE出现时间、特点以及滴度。实验表明 ,BHK2 1细胞对 5种病毒CPE特征明显 ,出现时间较早 ,滴度较高 ,适用于 5种病毒的组织培养。 Arboviruses have wide range in cell culture. Five newly introduced arboviruses:Mayaro virus (MAY) and Semiliki Forest Virus (SFV), of Togaviridae, Murray Valley Encephalitis Virus (MYE) and Ilheus Virus (ILH) of Flaviviridae, and Bunyamwera Virus (BUN) of Bunyaviridae were activated adopting intracerebral injection to sucking mice. BHK\-\{21\},LLC MK\-2, A\-\{549\}, and C6/36 were selected for generation transferring cells to examine the sensitivity of the viruses. The CPE appearance time, characteristics, and titer of the viruses in the cells was observed to carry out the sensitivity testing of the five viruses. The experiments showed that BHK\-\{21\} cell has distinctive CPE feature to the five viruses, early appearance time, and higher titer. Therefore, it is suitable for tissue culture of the five arboviruses.\;
