亲免素/配体神经系统作用及机制的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 环孢素A、FK5 0 6和雷帕霉素是一类免疫抑制剂 ,人们将其受体蛋白称为亲免素。 1994年 ,人们发现它们还具有神经营养和促神经再生的作用 ,立即引起了人们对这类药物及其结合蛋白的浓厚兴趣 ,并试图寻找它们的无免疫抑制作用、仅具有神经营养作用的类似物。本文综述了近年来关于亲免素
