国内将误诊现象作为分支学科进行理论研究已有十年历史,第一届全国临床误诊学术研讨会拉开对误诊现象全面研究的序幕,《误诊学》的出版建立了误诊理论研究的基本框架,进而掀起了误诊研究的热潮,活跃了学术交流。十年来,研究者运用循证方法对误诊现象理论、实用性研究的发展及其取得的成果,对临床医学的发展产生了重要促进作用。

In China ten year have passed since the theoretical research on misdiagnosis was first regarded as a branch of scientific learning. The First National Symposium on Misdiagnosis was the prelude to the all-round research on this phenomenon. The publica-tion of the book, Misdiagnosis, set up the fundamental framework for the theoretical study of misdiagnosis. After that, a great upsurge in research on misdiagnosis was unfolded nationwide and the academic exchanges got stimulated. Over the last ten years, the develop-ment and achievement in the theory and applicability of misdiagnostics researchers have gained with evidence - based method have pro-moted greatly the advances in clinical medicine.
