Two new species and a new subspecies of Selandriidae from Mt. Mangshan of Hunan and Yunnan Province, China are described: Nesoselandria nigrodorsalis, Wei et Xiao, sp. nov., Heptamelus mangshanicus Wei, sp. nov., Niasnoca apicalis rufiventris Wei, ssp. nov. The type materials are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South ForestryUniversity, Hunan, China 1. Nesoselandria nigrodorsalis Wei, sp. nov. (Fig.1) Female. Body length 5.0 mm; Black, following parts white: sternites 2~6 entirely, apical half of front coxa, most parts of four hind coxae, trochanters, base and apex of fore femur, middle and hind femora entirely, middle and apical parts of palpi, most parts of tibiae and four front tarsi. Wing strongly smoky. Body robust. Malar space hardly shorter than diameter of an ocellus, postocellar area 2 times wider than long with a distinct middle furrow, lateral furrows fine and straight and divergent backwards, head polished and shining. Antenna as long as head and thorax together with the third segment 1.3 times longer than the fourth one. Thorax impunctate; claw with inner tooth slightly shorter than outer tooth; petiole of hind anal cell about 1/2~2/3 length of vein cu-a. Lancet with a short apical process with 8 distinct annuli. Male. Body length 3.5 mm~4.0 mm. Color and structure similar to female except for following: legs darker with basal 2/3 of middle femur and sometimes the basal part of hind femur blackish brown, flagellum short and stout. Penis valve simple, harpes larger than parapenis. Holotype: ♀, paratypes: 5♀♀30♂♂, Mt. Mangshan, Hunan, China, 1260 m, April 20, 2001, Xiao W., Wei M, Zhong Y. (Central South Forestry University). Remarks. This new species is allied to Nesoselandria abdominalis (Enslin 1912) from South Asia but differs from it in the petiole of hind anal cell distinctly shorter than veincu-a, abdominal tergites black, harpes short and broad and larger than parapenis, as well as penis quite different. 2. Heptamelus mangshanicus Wei, sp. nov. (Fig.2) Male. Body length 6 mm. Head and thorax black, abdomen yellowish brown; basal two and basal part of the third segments of antenna, tegulae and legs yellow brown, tergites 2~6 each with a large black maculae, tergites 7~9 black entirely. Wing slightly infumate, stigma dark brown. Clypeus short, front margin not acute with a deep incision, about 2.5 times broader than long; malar space shorter than 1/3 diameter of an ocellus; middle fovea distinct, lateral fovea absent; middle ocellar basin small, interocellar furrow absent, POL∶OOL∶OCL=5∶7∶9; postocellar area broader than long as 4∶3, lateral furrows deep and long, subparallel each other; antenna 7 segmented with the third segment 1.5 times longer than the fourth one. Head, mesopleura and posttergites impunctate and shining. Claw with a large and acute basal lobe and two teeth, inner one shorter than outer one. Vein R+M slightly longer than vein 3r-m or 2r and distinctly shorter than half the length of vein M. Cell 2Rs shorter than 1Rs, cu-a in front wing basad vein M and anal cross vein. Cell Rs very small, petiole of anal cell distinctly longer than cu-a and R+M, cell M large. Subgenital plate slightly longer than broad. Harpes wider than long and obtuse at apex. Female unknown. Holotype: ♂, Mt. Mangshan, Hunan, China, 1260 m, April 20, 2001, Wei M. (Central South Forestry University). Remarks. This new species is related to Heptamelus lateralis Wei from Guangxi and Guizhou but differs from the latter one in mesopleura impunctate and the lateral furrows in head parallel backwards. 3. Niasnoca apicalis rufiventris Wei, ssp. nov. (Fig.3) Female. Body length 7.0 mm. This subspecies differs from the nominal subspecies in abdomen yellow brown and lancet more slender without annular macula. Holotyp: ♀, Mt. Mangshan, Hunan, China, 1260 m, April 20, 2001, Wang J. (Central South Forestry University).
