摘要
分析金融中介功能的传统方法是在给定现存金融机构的前提下来评价有助于金融机构生存与发展的公共政策目标。作为对这种机构观点的替代 ,新的功能观是指给定金融中介的经济功能 ,在此基础上讨论运作这些功能的最佳金融机构的结构。
The traditional way to analyze the financial intermediary functions is to give the established presuppositon of the current financial institution and to evaluate the public reform targets the are contributing to the existence and prosperity of the financial institution.As the substitute for this idea,the new function idea is give the established financial intermediary economic functions and on such a basis to disuss and operate the best structures of the financial institution of these functions.
