珠江三角洲和长江三角洲经济转型的制度变迁模式比较——兼谈西部地区走向市场经济的对策

Comparison of the Institutional Changing Models in the Economic TransitionalDevelopment in Zhujiang and Changjiang Deltas

中国两大经济增长极———珠江三角洲和长江三角洲 ,经过各自不同的制度创新模式成功实现经济转型 ,经济获得快速发展。而与之相比较 ,我国西部广大地区 ,由于种种原因 ,其经济转型过程相对缓慢 ,阻碍了西部经济的健康发展。本文通过总结比较珠江三角洲和长江三角洲走向市场经济的经验和两种不同的制度创新模式 ,试图为西部经济实现转型发展寻找一条道路。

The two economic growth poles in China-Zhujiang delta and Changjiang delta-have both successfully realized their economic transitional development by different institutional changing models.Comparatively,the economic transitional process of the western district,due to many reasons,is very slow.It has hampered the development of the western district.This paper,through the comparison of the different experiences and different institutional models in Zhujiang and Chengjiang deltas,tries to rind some ways to help the western district to realize its economic transitional develompent.
