摘要
城市地理信息系统是城市重要的基础设施和实现城市现代化管理的主要技术手段 ,是城市化发展的必然结果。简要分析国内外城市地理信息系统建设现状 ,对城市地理信息系统建设中标准化与规范化、GIS与OA的一体化、空间数据的存储与网络化、数据更新与 3S技术的集成应用、历史数据的管理以及一些非技术因素等几个实际问题进行了讨论 ,提出了一些合理的建议与方法。
Urban Geographic Information System(UGIS)is an important urban infrastructure and a main technical way to realize urban modernized management as well as an inevitable outcome of urbanization development.This paper analyzes the present situation at home and abroad on the construction of UGIS simply,and discusses several practical problems,such as standardization,integration of GIS and OA,spatial data storage and net,date renewal and integration and application of 3S technology,management of history data,and some non-technical factors of UGIS construction,and presents some reasonable suggestions and methods as well.
