毕业生就业是社会关注的一个热点。通过回顾云南省毕业生就业改革的历程 ,分析了毕业生就业的有利因素和不利因素 ,提出了解决毕业生就业难的思路 ,以切实提高毕业生就业率。把毕业生的资源优势变成推动经济社会发展的力量。

The employment of graduates is a focus of social attention,This paper reviews the course of the reform of Yunnan graduates' employment,and analyzes the factors of advantages and disadvantages as well as puts forward the thinnking of solving the difficulties so as to turn the advantages of the graduates' resources into the power of advanicing the social economic development by raising the rate of the graduates' employment.
