用姊妹染色单体交换研究花椒和板栗的诱变性

摘要 作者对食管癌高发区河南省林县出产的花椒和板栗的诱变作用进行了研究。实验证明,花椒的水提取物和石油醚提取物均能升高人淋巴细胞的SCE频率。诱发的SCE频率(9.36±3.81~10.48±3.44/细胞,9.4±3.7~12.28±6.1/细胞)与对照频率(7.56±3.9/细胞,7.16±2.57/细胞)比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。板栗的水提取物对SCE频率无明显影响。 The mutagenicity of prickly ash and chestnut grown in high risk area of esophag-eal cancer was studied. The results showed that the extractions of the prickly ash ex-tracted with water or petrolium ether all increased the SCE frequency in humanlymphocytes. The SCE frequencies induced by the extractions mentioned above(9.36±3.81~10.48±3.44/cell: 9.4±3.7~12.28±6.1/cell) were significantly higherthan those in the control (7.56±3.9/cell, 7.16±2.57/cell) (P<0.01). Thewatery extraction of the chestnut was not significantly effective on SCE frequency.It is considered that the mutagenicity and carcinogenicity of the prickly ash mustbe further studied.
