摘要 研究了碳化温度、碳化时间、碳化时苯的浓度对La2O3-Mo阴极碳化度大小和碳化层组织的影响.实验结果表明:在1683~1723K,苯的浓度为8.0~8.5Pa,碳化6~8min后La2O3-Mo阴极碳化度>5%,达到使用要求,碳化层是我们所希望的疏松多孔的Mo2C组织. The carbonizing processes of La 2 O 3 -Mo cathode have been investigated.The carbonizing tempera-ture,carbonizing time and the density of benzene(C 6 H 6 )vapor are the deciding factors.In the adequate ben-zene vapor(8.0~8.5Pa),La 2 O 3 -Mo cathodes carbonized at1683~1733K for5to8minutes could give coarse Mo 2 C particles in carbonized layers,which are beneficial to the migration of activated rare-earth ele ment to the surface of the cath ode dur ing the operation.
