摘要
一种 Fe基非晶合金粉末 (含 Si,B,Cr,Ni等 )被用于大气等离子喷涂试验 ,结果表明 ,采用等离子喷涂工艺成功地制备出了一种高非晶含量的 Fe基非晶合金涂层 ,涂层各区域的组织均匀一致 ,涂层由变形良好的带状粒子相互搭接堆积而成 ,涂层致密度高 ,孔隙率低 ,氧化物含量较少 ,并具有很高的硬度 ,显微硬度在 5 30~ 790 Hv0 .1范围内 ,涂层与基材结合良好 ,结合强度可达 2 7MPa以上 。
A kind of Fe base amorphous alloy powder which contents some Si, B, Cr, Ni etc was used as plasma spraying raw material, the experiment results show that, a very high amorphous content Fe base alloy coating can be fabricated by air plasma spraying The coating has homogenous microstructure and contains only a little micro pores and oxides The coating has high hardness and the micro hardness is 530~790Hv0 1 The amorphous alloy coating has a well combination with the A3 steel substrate, and the adhesion strength is about 27MPa These results indicate that the Fe base amorphous alloy coating has a fine quality, and can meet the application request
