摘要 采用 XPS和 Raman分析了电子束辐射对碳纤维表面性质的影响 ,研究了碳纤维与基体树脂之间的不充分接触对电子束固化复合材料层间剪切强度的影响 ,同时分析了碳纤维表面吸附的水分 ,碳纤维与基体树脂之间的空隙率和碳纤维表面在碳酸氢铵电解液中进行阳极氧化处理后对电子束固化复合材料界面性能的影响 ,分析了碳纤维表面在电子束辐射过程中与树脂基体的作用机理。 The characteristics of electron beam curing technique are rapid, effective and low cost It is found that the adhesion between carbon fibers and matrix of electron beam cured composite was lower than thermal cured composites So it is important to study the interface properties of electron beam cured composites In this paper, XPS,Raman were used to characterize the treated and untreated carbon fiber surface properties and ILSS testing method was used to evaluate the interfacial adhesion properties of the electron beam cured composites From the results it was shown that the trace water absorbed by the carbon fiber and void in the composite material play an important role in the interface properties of electron beam cured composites The interface properties of electron beam cured composite reinforced by carbon fibers were decreased by electrochemically treating with the ammonium bicarbonate, and increased by treating the carbon fibers with the electron beam curable coating
