The character and strategy of hydrogen nitrogen ratio control in synthetic ammonia process is discussed in detail and a control scheme that combines predictive control and conventional PID controller is proposed.The aim of increase the output of synthetic ammonia is reached by adjusting the time distribution of Gas Making workshop.
