磨音检测与处理方法研究

Research of Sound Process for Mill Load Measurement

介绍一种根据磨机在粉磨过程中发出的噪声信号 ,用人工智能方法来对磨机喂料负荷进行识别。它可以有效地去除声音信号中的各种噪声 ,准确地反映出磨机的负荷状态。由于文章篇幅限制 ,只介绍其中的磨音检测和噪声处理部分 。

A way is stated in this paper in which mill load can be identified with the method of AI(Artificial Intelligence) according to mill sound signal given in mill process. It can filter all the noise in sound signal effectively and reflect the state of mill load correctly. Mill sound detecting and noise processing will be stated in the following paper.
