以RBF网络为识别模型,采用竞争算法,提出了一种基于RBF网络的数字识别方法,仿真结果表明此方法具有识别率高,识别速度快的优点,具有广阔的应用前景.

In this paper an RBF neural network model is designed and used for digit recognition. Based on compete algorithm, with five networks output as results. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method can obtain a much higher accuracy and execute faster than reported methods. The proposed method has high value to be used in many applications.
