摘要
应用调压调速技术是降低交流电动机拖动离心机泵类负载能耗的途径之一。在调压调速过程中,关键在于研究电动机工作在非 线性区的特性。本文分析了异步电动机在拖动离心机泵类负载时的特点,导出在调压工作条件下异步电动机组的状态方程,并 给出确定系统传递函数的实验方法。通过理论分析和实验验证,此系统可以用一阶惯性模型来描述。
Voltage regulation and speed governing technology in one of the ways to reduce energy cost of centrifugal pumps driven by asynchronous motor. The key is the study of the characteristic of the motor operating in nonlinear zone during voltage regulation and speed governing. The paper analyses the characteristic of asynchronous motor while it drives centrifugal pumps, derives state equation of asynchronous motor set during the operation of voltage Regulation , and reachs on experiment method leading to system transmission function . The system can be described by using first-order inertia model.
