502例乳腺癌病因分析

Investigation on the etiological factors of 502 cases of breast cancer

本文分析了本院1975～1985年502例乳腺癌患者的发病因素。其中包括年龄、月经情况、孕次、家族史、手术史及乳腺良性病史,并对这些因素进行了讨论。资料分析显示乳腺癌发病与性激素改变及乳腺良性病有密切关系。

This paper reports the investigution of 502 cases of breast cancer admitted toour hospital in the period of 1975～1985. Emphasis was put on the pathogenic factors including age, menorrhea, pregnancy frequency, family history of relatedillness, history of surgical operation and benign mastopathy (cystic mastopathy). All these related factors have been discussed in the present. paper, the analysis of the data shows that the pathagenesis of breast cancer is closely related tothe changes of sex hormon and benign (cystic) mastopathy.
