摘要 目的 研究脐血中造血相关细胞因子和免疫相关细胞因子的基因表达及其与脐血细胞生长发育的关系。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术 ( reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)检测了 32份脐血单个核细胞中 IL-1 β、IL-2、IL-3、IL-4、G-CSF、SCF、TNFα和 IFNγ等细胞因子基因的表达情况。 结果 IL-1 β、IL-3和 TNFα为强势表达 ,G-CSF、SCF中度表达 ,而 IL-2、IL-4和 IFNγ表达较低。 结论 脐血细胞高表达多种细胞因子 ,这些细胞因子能促进细胞的生长发育 。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the gene expression of hematopoiesis and immune related cytokines in cord blood cells. Methods 32 samples of cord blood monocular cells were tested for gene expression of IL 1β,IL 2,IL 3,IL 4,G CSF,SCF,TNFα,IFNγ and other cytokines by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results The results showed that IL 1β,IL 3 and TNFα were expressed predominately, while G CSF and SCF were expressed moderately and IL 2,IL 4 and IFNγ were expressed in a very low level. Conclusion Cord blood cells can express many cytokines, which can promote the growth and development of cells and regulate the immune function.
