摘要
利用高碳高锌含铁粉尘自身所含的碳 ,可以生产高炉预还原球团 ,同时可有效脱锌。通过脱锌还原动力学研究表明 :在给定工艺条件下 ,球团有较快的脱锌速度 ,脱锌率可达 90 %以上。
Iron dust containing Zn and C can be used as feed materials for production of prereduction pellet and dezincing can be reached effctively throngh using C contained in the dust.The results of dezincing reduction dynamics show that under chosen technological conditions,dezincing velocity of the pellet is more quick,and dezincing rate can be reached to above 90%.
