摘要
库存控制是生产企业特别是连续生产企业物流管理的核心 .作者根据某有色冶炼企业原料库存的实际情况 ,分析了具有连续生产特点的有色冶炼企业原料库存的特点 ,并提出了智能综合原料库存优化系统 ,阐述了智能综合原料库存优化系统的核心———管理决策中心的构成及功能 ,建立了一个以节省资金为直接性能指标的原料库存优化模型 .在进行优化计算的过程中 ,采用了一种改进的遗传算法 ,该算法可以有效地克服传统的遗传算法容易陷入局部最优解的缺点 .将该模型应用于该企业的原料库存工作中 ,与该厂原有的库存方法进行比较 ,结果表明 :采用该方法 ,可以提高企业经济效益 .
Based on the characteristics of raw material storage of nonferrous smelt enterprises′ production process, an intelligent integrated raw material storage optimization system (IIRMSOS) was proposed. The principle figure was given and the management and decision center, core of this system, were described, an IIRMSOS whose object function is saving funds was built. An improved genetic algorithms was used in optimization. The algorithms can overcome shortcoming of standard genetic algorithms by increasing diversity of the offspring. This system has been used in a certain nonferrous smelt enterprise′s raw material storage management. The computation results show that it can save much money after using IIRMSOS.
