摘要
从放矿分析和出矿口有效高度计算两方面 ,对振动助流放矿机理进行理论研究 ,论证了在传统的电耙运搬底部结构中引入振动助流技术 ,可以有效地改善矿石的流动性 ,从而提高采场出矿能力 。
Theoretical study is made on the mechanism of ore removal with vibrating flowing and from ore removal analysis and effective height calculation of ore path.It is demonstrated that ore flowability can be effectively improved by introducing the technology of vibrating flowing aid in the scraper loading of bottom structure so as to improve the scraper capacity and reduce the mining cost.
