摘要
磨矿分级过程是一个参数非线性和时变的复杂系统 ,单纯采用数字PID的控制方案参与磨矿分级过程控制 ,不能实现磨矿分级作业的稳定运行 ,达不到理想的控制效果。引入模糊控制理论 ,选用模糊控制和PID控制相结合的方法 ,既可保持PID控制的无静差、稳定性好的特点 。
Grinding classification process is a complex system with nonlinear and time variated parameters.Simply applying digital PID control in the control of grinding classification cannot realize the stable running of grinding mill and achieve an ideal control effect.Introducing fuzzy control theory and combining fuzzy control with PID control can have the characteristics of fuzzy control suitability to parameters and rapid regulation speed while keeping the characteristics of PID control's non static difference and good stability.
