摘要
电厂工业废料粉煤灰具有潜在胶凝活性 ,在对粉煤灰物理力学性能和化学成份测定分析的基础上 ,依不同的粉煤灰添加量进行了粉煤灰细砂胶结充填强度试验 ,解决了应用中的关键技术与参数 ,即采用水泥∶粉煤灰∶尾砂或水泥∶粉煤灰∶江砂为 1∶2∶8,90天龄期可达到 2MPa以上 ,完全满足新桥硫铁矿人工矿柱构筑要求 ,降低充填材料成本达 2 0 %~ 30 %
Coal ash powder,an industrial waste of power plants,has potential cohesive activity.On the basis of the mesurement analysis of its physico mechanical properties and chemical composition,tests on the consolidated fill strength of coal ash powder and fine sand at different coal ash powder additions were made.As a result,the problems of key techniques and parameters were solved.A strength of over 2MPa can be achieved at a 1∶2∶8 ratio of cement∶coal ash powder∶tailings sand or cement∶coal ash powder∶river sand and at a ageing period of 90 days,which has completly met the requirement of constructing man made pillars at Xingqiao Pyrite Mine and can reduce the filling material cost by 20%~ 30%。
