摘要
评价了从氯盐体系中制备海泡石等载体负载的含铋催化剂对丙烯氨氧化反应的催化活性 ;考察了催化剂中氯含量、温度、催化剂的孔径分布、载体对催化活性和空速对反应的影响 .研究结果表明 ,氯含量小于 4× 10 -5时对丙烯氨氧化反应的影响小 ,高于 4× 10 -4时可导致催化剂失活 ;硅胶、海泡石、氧化铝 3种载体的催化活性顺序为 :海泡石≈硅胶 >氧化铝 .当V丙烯∶V氨∶V空气 =1 0 0∶1.0 5∶11 0 0 ,空速为 3 0 0 0cm3·g-1·h-1,温度 5 3 0℃左右 ,催化剂孔径分布为 4 0~ 10 0nm时 ,催化剂的活性最强 ,其丙烯转化率为 98.5 % ,丙烯腈的选择性达 81.7% .
Catalytic activity rating of sepiolite supported catalyst from the chlorination salt systems was determined in self made fixed bed reactor. The effects of chloride content, temperature, distribution of porous of catalyst, support and space velocity of the feed gas on catalytic activity were detected. The results show that sepiolite supported catalysts have good performance for propylene ammoxidation since w(Cl)<4×10 -5 and the catalytic activity is lost after w(Cl)>4×10 -4 . Supporters of catalyst have effect on catalytic activity markedly and its activity decreases with the different supporter in the following order∶sepiolite≈silicagel>alumina. Propylene was obtained at 98.5% conversion and 81.7% selectivity of acrylonitrile in the conditions of V propylene ∶V NH 3 ∶V air =1∶1.05∶11, space velocity 3 000 cm 3·g -1 ·h -1 , 530 ℃ and 40~100 nm porous distribution of catalyst.
