摘要
试验观察了甲醛、次氯酸钠、次氯酸钙、碘和孔雀石绿对蒙古裸腹 (Moinamonggollica)生长、生殖和内禀增长率的影响。得出 5种药物对蒙古裸腹的毒性阈限分别为 2 5 1、 0 0 76、 0 0 85、 0 0 2 5、 0 0 4 0mg/L。这一结果表明 ,甲醛对蒙古裸腹 的毒性阈限远高于对褶皱臂尾轮虫 (Brachionusplicatilis)的 2 4hLC50 ,因而 。
The chronic toxicity of formaldehyde, sodium hypochlorite, calcium hypochlority, malachite green and iodine to growth reproduction and intrinsic growth rate of Moina mongolica were studies. The no observed effects concentration (NOEC) of five chemicals to Moina mongolica was 25.1, 0.076, 0.085, 0.025 and 0.040 mg/L respectively. This result shows that the NOEC of formaldehyde to Moina mongolica was far higher than its acute toxicity to Brachionus plicatilis and it may be used as effective chemical to control this rotifer in culture of Moina mongolica .
