摘要
在控制其他条件相对优化的情况下 ,研究了葡萄糖对瘤胃微生物体外降解纤维素的影响 ,发现在葡萄糖浓度达到 0 .30 %时 ,即对纤维素降解产生明显的阻遏作用 ,降解抑制与挥发酸的积累或pH值的变化无关。同时发现 0 .30 %葡萄糖含量会促进乙醇的生成。实验中还发现有异丁酸产生。
Under relatively optimized conditions, the repression of glucose on degradation of cellulose by rumen micro?organisams in vitro was studied. It was showed that the repression happened obviously when the concentration of glucose is about 3 000 mg·L -1 , and the reason for repression lied in the existence of glucose rather than the volatile fatty acids or the decreased pH. The addition of glucose results in the prodution of ethanol and even iso?butyric acid when the concentration of glucose is higher than 3 000 mg·L -1 .
