摘要
本研究采用SBR法处理合成制药废水 ,试验表明SBR法是可行的。当进水COD为 10 0 0~ 36 0 0mg·L-1,NH3 N 10 0~ 30 0mg·L-1,酚 2 0~ 32 0mg·L-1,经SBR工艺的处理 ,出水COD均小于2 5 0mg·L-1,NH3 N小于 2 5mg·L-1,酚小于 0 .3mg·L-1,经混凝沉淀后全部达标。本研究还对废水在不同搅拌和曝气时间条件下的COD去除进行了探讨。
A pilot experiment showed that the SBR process was feasible for synthetic pharmaceutics wastewater treatment . With the influent of COD 1 000~3 600 mg·L -1 , phenol 20~320 mg·L -1 , NH 3?N 100~300 mg·L -1 ,the COD of effluent were less than 250 mg·L -1 , NH 3?N less than 25 mg·L -1 and phenol 0.3 mg·L -1 . The effluent could meet the national discharge standard after coagulation and sedimentation treatment?COD removal rate under different mixing and aerating processes are also studied.
