海水灌溉农业的展望与对策

海水灌溉农业是现代农业的新分支。缓解土地资源和淡水资源压力的需要、巨大的生态环境价值、特殊的经济价值和为内陆盐碱荒地利用开辟道路的可能性 ,使得海水灌溉农业成为现代科技关注的一个焦点 ;而我国丰富的滩涂、海水和耐盐植物资源 ,国内外相关技术的进展 ,正在使海水灌溉好梦成真。但是 ,海水灌溉也受到资源匹配、环境等限制 ,不能一哄而起。为了加快中国海水灌溉农业的发展 ,当务之急是列入国家经济社会发展计划 ,建立试验示范基地 ;制定正确的技术路线 ,组织全国力量协作攻关 ;开展国际合作 。

Seawater irrigate agriculture is a new branch.The type of agriculture has attracted immense attention from modern technology becaues it can ease the pressure on land and fresh water resourves,have great ecological and economic significance and open up the possibility of utilizing the Salinesodic soil in the interland.The fact that China has a wealth seawater,shoal and saltresistant plant and that technological advances are being achieved in the relevant fields makes it more likely that the fantasy of using seawater to irrigate farmland can be turned into realty.The realization of this dream,however,is subjected to resources coordination and environment limitation,and can not be done in a bigrush.The first thing to be done at present is to list it on the state plan for economic and social development and establish experiment base.A technique policy is then to be formulated and experts from relevant fields will make a cooperative effort to work out all the technical problems encountered.In addition,cooperation on an international scale,will be launched.New skils will be leaned and advanced techniques will be introduced and absorbed.
