摘要
应用传热学和粘性流体力学原理 ,用数学模拟的方法描述了方坯连铸结晶器内保护渣的润滑行为 ,计算不同浇注条件下铸坯所受摩擦力 ,分析了各种因素对铸坯所受摩擦力的影响。
The lubrication behavior of the flux in the mould of billet continuous caster is depicted by way of mathematical simulation according to the principle of heat transfer and viscous hydro mechanics. In the meanwhile the frictional force the shell bears under different casting conditions is calculated and effects of various factors on the frictional force analyzed.
