农村税费改革的进展、难点与对策——对吴忠市利通区农村税费改革的调查与思考

THE PROGRESS, RPOBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURE REFORMING TAX AND EXPENSES IN COUNTRYSIDE

农村税费改革已在宁夏全面启动。利通区是一个以农业为主的地区 ,近年来已成为宁夏社会进步和经济发展的核心区之一 ,其税费改革的经验对全区今后的税费改革也具有一定的借鉴意义。本文通过对吴忠市利通区农村税费改革的调查 ,发现了农村税费改革中的一些问题 ,对这些问题进行了深入的思考 ,找到了解决问题的对策 ,这将对该地区今后的税费改革具有一定的指导意义。

The reformation of tax and expenses had been done in Ningxia. The Litong area of Wuzhong city is an agricultural area, in recent years, it had become one of the centre areas of economical development and social progress of Ningxia, its experience of the reformation would possess a certain meaning for the reformation of Ningxia. Through investigation of reformation in Litong area of Wuzhong city, this article found some problems and gave some reasonable suggestions. It would have some direct meaning for furture's reformation of this area.
