The results show: when the population standard deviation is given, the relative frequency of the errors of the first kind and the secondary is in conformity with the given; and when the population standard deviation is not given, the both have a great difference. When the unknown population standard deviation is given, the normal distribution batch is a new kind of sampling plan.
